Gradual process of our life

Life is a gradual process which is started at birth and ended at death. Time frame of our life is very short. Within that short period of time we normally struggle to live long and think that we are imortal beings.

We are born to this world, gradually grow up, fall sick and die.
In general, we think that we exist but always we are subject to change both physically and mentally. As this process of changing is happening in every moment we cannot see it. But, it is occured from the time we are born to this world and till we die.

Nirvana & Compassion

"Nirvãna or Nibbãna" is the final goal of every Buddhist. Bringing the mind to the highest level by eradicating all defilemnts from the mind that goal can be achieved. Compassion is one of the main facts that should be practiced by all those who are willing to fulfil the final liberation. Practicing of compassion or loving-kindnesss is the first step of the path-way of 'Nibbãna' . Unless practicing compassion nobody can achieve any of goals in Buddhism. First of all, one should be compassionate towards oneself then to others as well. That is how compassion or loving-kindness shuld be practiced in order to fulfil the Buddhist way of Nibbãna. So that Nirvãna and compassion are two sides of the same coin. Being uncompassionate get nothing.
